The Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistic Support (SOE TLS) program is a procurement solution by the Defense Logistics Agency that is designed to simplify and streamline the acquisition of operational equipment for government and military customers. What is the F&ESE TLS Program?

The Fire and Emergency Services Equipment Tailored Logistic Support (F&ESE TLS) program is similar to the SOE TLS program in that it is a pre-competed, IDIQ contract designed to streamline procurement for the warfighter and first responders. As a Prime Vendor on the contract, SupplyCore can ensure procurement of mission-critical equipment faster than traditional acquisition methods.

How do I get started with a TLS program?

To procure products through a TLS Program, your unit’s Finance Office Point of Contact (FOPOC) must create an account with the DLA. If you’re unsure whether your unit has previously used SupplyCore or a TLS Program, contact us. We are happy to assist in determining if you’re already registered. Once your unit is set up, you can browse the catalog, add products to your inquiry, and submit an inquiry form for quick assistance.
